What is Lw3?

The concept of Lw3 is centered around the idea of investors and managers rethinking their
relationships to conferences. In a world where both are “monetized” by the existing conference circuit, Lw3 seeks to invert this model by providing unprecedented transparency. LPs and GPs will be considered stakeholders and should feel as though they have ownership of every aspect of Lw3. The goal will be maximizing the utility of the events over ego or profit, with a strong focus on community and education over traditional marketing techniques.

Lw3 Family will feature off-the-run investment opportunities. Lw3 events are educational forums designed to encourage collaboration and an exchange of investment ideas. Approximately 40GPs (as selected by the Advisory Committee) will be invited to attend Lw3 Family to discuss opportunities across a broad range of public and private investment strategies.
